“With a busy schedule coaching, training and studying I was buying meals instead of cooking as I used the “I’m too busy” excuse. I went to Crionna for help and advice, to help me prepare better, eat to perform and to gain weight. As a pentathlete I was around 69kg. Crionna’s nutritional advice helped me or only to eat right for performance but to eat at the right times. It created a lot less stress and I fitted meal preparation easily into my weekly schedule. I now weigh around 76/77kg, have gotten stronger, maintained my aerobic capacity but most of all when I find when I’ve slipped I can refer to Crionna’s plan and it gets me going again. Best of all I still enjoy my weekly Bunsen :). Thanks Crionna!

My coach Paddy Doran recommended me to attend Crionna for a consultation. I had started doing some competitive cycling and was experiencing tummy and inflammation in joints issues. Crionna spent a long time chatting to me and getting a full history. I really thought a plan form a nutritionist was going to be hard to follow but I was completely wrong. Crionna have me a very plan with loads of normal everyday foods and surprisingly I could eat loads of the right thing. Within two weeks my symptoms had disappeared I weighed lighter and my performance in the bike gradually improved. I’m so happy to have been assessed by Crionna as it made huge changes.

I was really impressed with my consultation with Crionna. She delivered a very clear easy to follow nutrition plan for me. I was looking for advice on nutrition before, after and during training. This is something I have been overlooking for years. I have found that since I have started working with Crionna I have more energy on my training runs and that it I am finding the same training load easier than before. Crionna is also very approachable and will work closely with you to get the most out of your training/nutrition.
